Processing Time

Orders are generally processed, cold-chain prepared, and dispatched within 1–3 business days following analytical clearance.

Shipping Time

Orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be dispatched on the next business day. Estimated delivery within Switzerland: 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

Tracking information and carrier dispatch notifications will be emailed immediately once your shipment leaves our facility.

Lost Packages
